Through the “cart” page, you can locate your shipment at any time. Remember that we use different distribution centers, so the route is not always direct.
If you do not have the shipment number, we recommend contacting the distributor to provide the necessary information.
The address can be changed until the order is dispatched, otherwise the carrier will leave the order at a pick up point and you have 10 days to pick it up. To pick up you need a document that proves your identity is required.
If the order is not picked up within the stipulated time, it returns to the distribution center and is sent to the new established address.
First check the status of your order using the GLS order tracking function. To do this, write down the parcel number the shipper gave you – if not, ask the shipper for the number.
Yes. Books can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ordering. In the same place where you can see the status of the order in the "cart", the exchange or return feature appears. Fill in the exchange or return form, pack the order again and contact the carrier to carry out the collection, as soon as the item arrives at the store we will send the item you want to exchange, in the case of an exchange.

In case the order arrives damaged, with torn pages, crumpled cover, fill out the exchange form and we will send your book back, in the desired conditions.
